The two step login process is broken and no one can register their Kindle app. No one wants to use the web reader. Fix it.

Please update this app for Windows 10. Your customer base uses this application for advanced education material and cannot access in the current format. I am able to access on my iPad so please update for this, thank you.

It was working great for me! I was getting books on my phone from my kindle, all was good. Then one day, after a year or so of use, it signed me out, said I needed to register my kindle and wouldn’t sign me back in. loved it while it lasted.

The App. Which worked perfectly, is now impossible to use, as I cant sign in. I can not find any usable solution either…. Shame, it was one of my most used and enjoyable Apps.

Amazon, do you have preschoolers programming now? Why is this Kindle app so buggy and why does it lock me out with no way back in, even with the temp password.

Changed phone and now not able to register the device. This is ridiculous. I get the verification code via email, but it never works. I tried the Amazon Cloud Reader in Edge, but it didn’t work either. All that one does is open to the page of the last synchronized book, and it stays there, frozen. Downloading the book from the Cloud Reader apparently just downloads that page. Since I can’t fully utilize my device like I want to, after many years of use, I’m throwing in the towel on Windows Mobile.

It is very bad. Amazon is bad for not giving an app deserving of their kindle brand. It works but with less features! Now please start adding your standard features such as dictionary and highlights. Also, there should be a way to search our archive in a better way. Bring out the W10 app. Update: Your service is still better than Microsoft. But you are forcing people to switch to eBooks from Microsoft store by your bad app. For example, eBooks from the Windows store now have read aloud already. Please update your app!

I am nit able to register the kindle device using this app on Microsoft Lumia. It keeps saying that my Amazon username or password is wrong, when in fact they are right. They work on the browser on the phone and on apps and browsers on other devices. But on on Lumia.

Doesn’t want to register my phone, insisting something is wrong with email or password though they are correct, uninstalled, reinstalled same issue.
